Hi, I have sent my initial request for repayment to Lloyds (giving them 14 days) after 10 days I have received a letter from them - sorry I am not happy, blah, blah, bah... but they also say that they hope to respond to my complaint within four weeks.


Now, do I:

  • Ignore their letter, wait for the 14 days and send letter two
  • Reply to their letter reminding them I wanted a reply within 14 days
  • dont reply and wait 4 weeks to see what response I get then send letter two
  • any other suggestions??
