Hi, can you just clarify what you are asking? Does that mean after 6 years of not paying the original creditor even though payment is being made to a DCA? I have 3 accounts that I have been paying since 1998/99.

No no Mad....If no cantact has been made (in relation to acknowledging the debt), for 6 years or more then the debt becaomes statute barred. You are acknowledging the debt by paying the agent of the creditor.

 

BTW, have you sent the DCA's a CCA request recently ?

Just hate every DCA out there
