Sorry if this isn't the right place for this, but we're at our wits end.


My wife went to the bank this morning as she was off to Birmingham for a show at the NEC only to find she has all of not a lot available.


On checking her account, Llloyds have paid £80.00 to her credit card with them. There is no direct debit, no standing order and request made by my wife for this to happen.


On speaking to Lloyds pointless contact centre, she is told that they can and will do this if they want. Apparently, they don't even need to contact you to let you know!!!


As it stands, my wife is in bits and we are now skint as she is also changing to monthly salary too.


Can anyone help us with this? Is there any way we can get the £80.00 back?
