I received a call on my mobile phone a few days ago, she did not ask for me by name just a cold call, a young lady said to me do I pay 'BANK CHARGES', I answered yes, her response was did I know that they were 'UNLAWFULL' I told her that I knew they were unlawfull and I am currently claiming them back. She then said to me so we cannot help you claim them back then and I said fraid not I am quite capable of do that myself. Can you imagine giving your bank statements to someone you do not know to get back bank charges - I do not think so!!

There are quite a few companies springing up to help you claim these charges back. I saw one in a local paper offering this service, and in return they'd only take 25% of the final payout.

Makes you think, for a little hard work and the help on this site, you can get them all back, less 5% donation of course.
