Sent my AQ back & didn't hear anything for 2 weeks.

Then had a letter from the Court stating that unless UCB filed their AQ by 4pm 30/03/07 then I could ask for judgement.

I held my breath & crossed all my fingers and........ to no avail.

Had a letter from the Court today to say they filed at the last minute & I have an AQ Hearing on the 4th May..

Now do I try & negotiate or withdraw or proceed?

Thanks

Had AQ court hearing last friday - didn't go well. We couldn't attend due to work committments & UCB got an Agent to attend. Court decided it should go to multitrack with a conference to be held after 1st August!!

I will now withdraw to avoid further costs - about £350 at present -but I hope that means I will live to fight another day.

Withdrew gracefully by ringing the Court on the 10th May & faxing them as well as UCB

So I was very surprised to get a letter from Ashford Court stating a Directions Hearing had been listed for 26th July.

When I rang them, they advised me the Judge had requested this even though the Court has heard nothing from UCB.

Do I need to do anything? What does it mean? Any advice please
