well today i have recieved my statements finally..they were 1 day of their 40 day deadline..have drafted up my letter and schedule to send back to them..how long am i supposed to wait for a response?is it 14 days?this is all new to me!have 1 against abbey as well..anyone who has any advice i would very much appreciate it..will keep you posted

SAR 40 days

Prelim 14 days

LBA 14 days

then file with court..


remember that when you send any letter to send it recorded delivery so that you can check online to see who and when took delivery of your letter.. then the next day is day 1 of 14.. dont forget include weekends and bank holidays in your count down..
