Morning to all,

Thanks for the great advise - my other half has sent in her claim to Lloyds for £1,200.

Will keep posting the results from this and maybe I can put some detail that will help others beat the banks!

Thanks again and fingers crossed!

Hello!

Have been given a file for a mate who is claiming from LLOYDS. Can she claim a fee shown as a 'Fixed Serv Charge'???? These amount to £10.00 from time to time.

What are they as I don't want to shortchange her!!!!

Thanks in advance.

Other half received a letter this morning.

States that all Lloyds charges are fair. Terms & Conditions blah blah blah etc........

Have sent the required reply to threaten court proceedings.

Is this normal for this to happen as have heard a number of people get their money straight away?!?

The saga continues.....:p

Hello -

Have had reply from Lloyds offering £750.00. However, she has had a further 220 in charges so that thates the total to over £1,400. We have tried to ring the number given to us to negociate a better deal to us but can never get through and their voicemail box is full!!!

Anyone know of another route to contact about the charges???

Thanks.
