Any possibility of putting in big bold capitals in a prominent position that..........."the registered office of your bank is on the back of all the envelopes in which you receive ALL your correspondence from them"?

The address on the back of the envelope is usually NOT a correspondence address and will tend to be a centre which tidies up their data to get rid of "gone aways" etc. Do not use this address. The registered address can be found on the correspondence inside the envelope.

Opinions given herein are made informally by myself as a lay-person in good faith based on personal experience. For legal advice you must always consult a registered and insured lawyer.

oh well mine comes in an envelope with "registered address" on the back of it.

Sorry, I just feel that the people who come on here and give good, sound & constructive advice, are able to discuss complex issues and dissect Acts of Parliament etc. etc. should not have to use their valuable time having to provide people with the address of their own bank. It's not really rocket science is it, to locate the address of your own bank?
