Hi YOUELLEY here - just starting out to reclaim my monies due from Lloyds and credit card companies (4 off)

Nice to know i am not alone!!!:)

Both looking forward to chasing what i once believed was ungettable but hesitant of the journey ahead.

Would the fact that this is snowballing slow the process or get the banks to seek legislation to stop / deter people from going for their dues. After reading a couple of posts it seems they currently use a number of "stalling tactics"

Anyways - here we go!!!

The banks are well known for using delaying tactics but I do not feel that at that this stage they will seek legislation to stop people claiming back from the banks their own monoey that has been deducted fraudulently.

If you do end up taking your bank to court then you may encounter a delay purely due to the number of cases that are being fought.

But stick with it-you will get your money back.
