Hi all

 

I am currently renting a shop to some tenants who have been a problem from the beginning of the tenancy. They had a 3 year lease which expired in January 2007. They were informed the lease would not be renewed. They are 3 months in arrears with rent and and i have given them a letter to vacate the property on 1st April as i now wish to sell up. They have been were offered first choice to buy which they have decided to refuse. They are now saying they have rights and do not have to leave. What is there positon. I am aware it is 2 months, but is this the case with there arrears.

 

All advice welcome.
