Hi all, finally decided to sue Lloyds! 40 day demand for my charges run-down sent on 8/3/07.. they have until 17/4/07... so far nothing back! I sent the letter 1st class but did not record it.. (i know now i should have).. my wife and i (3 children) are facing possible homelessness anytime after the 28th april..hse we rent has been sold from under us... No-where to go... i really need this to work we are both worried sick! I know i can get help in my action against lloyds here if i need it! Nice to be here!

I hope I am allowed to mention that I believe the local Council has a statutory duty to house you and your family. If you were to contact your local council it would confirm or deny that statement. All the very best to you.
