Hi, welcome to CAG!:)

No, unfortunately the overdraft interest is not claimable. They have a right to charge you interest on money you borrow from them by way of overdraft. What they don't have a right to do though, is charge you interest on top of an unlawful charge - any OD interest which was incurred solely as a result of an unlawful charge can be claimed back, although its difficult to work out whats claimable and whats not. There is a spreadsheet in the library to help you, although the claimable amount isn't usually much anyway, so most leave it out completely.

Please remember to DONATE! Help CAG keep up the fight!
