Hello and welcome,

I would start a new thread on the Naionwide forum, Also read some of the threads on it.

I have found that some of the banks settle quicker than others. Some settle on the prelim letter or make goodwill gestures. Some settle on the lba or make goodwill gestures. some settle just after the Claim, but some settle just on the last minute or even default at the expiry date of the proceedings. Its a bit of a rollercoster at time.

I would enjoy the ride and be assured you will get your money,:D
