Hi Everyone,

Just follow the advice and the process that this website gives you word for word. It was very scary forking out money for court costs knowing that we had to borrow it and get into even more debt than the shabbey had already put us in. I think a lot of people may drop out at that stage because they dont have the cash and this is what the shabbey hopes for. Find the money somehow, YOU WILL GET IT BACK!

I followed the process step by step and I didn't even understand some of the letters that I was sending out, I trusted the advice given on this website and went with the flow. My court date was set for April and I received a letter yesterday telling me that a cheque was on its way and they were settling my claim in full. £1.750! The shabbey deserve nothing but contempt! DONT LET THEM GRIND YOU DOWN! KEEP GOING! Thanks to the consumer action group,I will be making a donation as soon as the cheque clears, I could not have done it without you.
