Hi all, I've been reading the posts regularly, facinating reading by the way! Currently I am waiting for Barclays Bank to respond to my SAR. It went past the 40 days limit on Saturday 23rd March. Reminder letter going today, hope things don't get too unpleasant! Wish me luck, i'll keep you posted! Chris.

You understand what you need to do now? There are guidelines for non-compliance with SAR in the templates library.

Good luck, and let us know if you have any questions!

;) I have got to return the QA's to Court before the 22/06/07. [3 in total], as I have also done claims for my 2 sons, at the same time, but am getting very stressed now as the Yorkshire Bank replied initially with the usual BLAH BLAH BLAH INSUFFICIENT FUNDS letter and nothing since except their defence of course, but am really beginning to stress, the longer I wait as to making 3 x 3 Court Bundles, all in order and pageanated, approximately 1200 sheets will be needed, and why ???? because the Yorkshire Bank beleive in LAST MINUTE TACTICS ONLY.:eek:
