Just wanted to let everyone know that the charges have been worked out (£2,110) and the letter (Preliminary Letter) is going tomorrow by recorded mail.

 

Also wanted to say thanks for all the hard work that has gone into this forum and for all the support everyone gives each other.

 

The bu**ers will keep trying to get away with it till they realise thast the people they are pi**ing off are the ones that pay their wages!

 

Good luck to everyone else and wish me luck!

Yes they do seem to be slow to pick up on that and seem to see us as cash cows instead of customers.

 

The problem is that there is no real alternative to them. And we have to use them as all wages and benefits have to be paid into a bank account.
