I think we have all had the threats from these banks saying that they will counterclaim against us if we pursue our claims for reclaiming our bank charges, but there have only been a few cases where this has actually happened, and they haven't carried out the threat for some time. It happened to me in July 2006 so it is only likely to be "older" claimants that this applies to.


Please post here if it has happened to you, or if you come across a thread where this happened, and post a link to it. Also I'd be grateful if you could email your defence and counterclaim to me in pdf format to [email protected]
