Well i sent my cca to them in dec, and had an application form back from them. i wrote saying that an application form isnt good enough. today i had a letter back saying that 'just to explain, when you apply the app form is sent to them to proccess, and i keep the terms and conditions. they have arranged for terms and conditions to be sent to me under seperate cover.'

i am pretty sure this isnt good enough? what should i send back?

thanks all :D

I would sen them a letter back

"Just to explain, in order to conform to the Consumer Credit Act request, it

is necessary under s.77 or s.78, to provide a copy of the executed

agreement and therefore the application does not comply and you

have committed an offence..

:D:D:D Nice one Looking

Just hate every DCA out there
