Hi everyone, I'm fairly new to this but I've read through the FAQ section and think I'm ready to go! I sent off the request of bank charges to the halifax on the 21st of Febuary...... havent received any aknowledgement from Halifax yet though but I've checked my statement on line and they banked the cheque on the 1st so I suppose its just a matter of time! :D

I'm really looking forward to this but am also quite nervous!! Any guidance will be much appreciated. I think I've been quite bad over the years so I think its gonna be a biggy!! With a bit of luck I'll get if not all then most of it back, It would be lovely to pay my holiday off and have a nice chunk of spending money to take away with me.....Florida here I come!!

Guest louis wu

Knight, hi and welcome.

Its perfectly normal to feel a bit nervous, after taking on the banks is a big step.

Start a thread in the halifax forum, and keep updating it as and when things happen.

As to getting some of it back......you'll get it all back, all you have to do is be a little patient and stick to your guns.

Have a look at the halifax successes, that will give you a boost of confidence.

You'll be fine, lots of help and advice here.

Regards

Louis

Thanks Louis,

I've spent the last 2 weeks reading through the Halifax success's and I'm fairly confident!

Its just you always think your gonna be the first to cock up or lose or something! I suppose its natural.:)

I'll start a thread in the Halifax section and make sure I keep it updated, thanks again for your support

Kind regards

Knighty
