Thanks Jmio - we got there in the end :D

I had a funny moment today tho, when I went to put my cheque in the account - I didn't go to my normal branch, went to town centre instead, and the old bag behind the counter was giving me some really funny looks when she noticed whose account the money was coming out of 'YB Sundries' hehe - I darent ask her if it would clear quicker seeing as it was their own account lol

Cheque for the full amount received in this mornings post :D I am now one little happy bunny lol. Once I get it in my account, and cleared, I'll be making my donation to this absolutely terrificly [is that even a word?? lol] site that's helped so much!

Could a mod [caro hunny?? :D] change my thread title to show that it's been settled in full - another one which will give noobies encouragement! Cheers guys, off to fill in the survey now - if i can find it!

PJ xx

Hi PJ and rest of gang. I'm so happy for you getting your money back. I must admit it's giving me hope to carry on...I began asking for my money back beg August, got the ususal 'we are in our lawful rughts' letter back, and they quoted a complaints procedure, so now I have to send the LBA. I am very nervous about beginning the whole courts thing, cos I know they won't just send me my money after receiving the LBA. I'm not confident, and bit dizzy about it all! But reading your success has spurred me on. I've trawled for hours through all the threads, still unusre how to begin my own thread! Dim or what!!! - But I'm still goingto try, just hope I don't come unstuck just because I don't understand terminology!! - Patricia C

Hi Patricia, welcome to the mad house ;) lol Glad to hear you've made a start against this 'wunch'. Don't expect them to give you an easy ride - they won't - but you already know that from reading the rest of the threads. However, I'm 99.9% certain that you will not have to appear in court - and if you do, you'll get loads of help and support here.

Start your own thread, to let us know what you've done so far, and to keep us updated - that's where we can answer any questions you might have, or just offer a bit of moral support. Best of luck hun. PJ x
