I would be interested in claiming approx £3k back in applied charges over 10 accounts. I understand the process but my business of buy to let runs on borrowing money from various sources. If the bank closes the account what impact would this have on my credit rating?

Closing the acocunt doesn't affect your credit rating. however, if they demand immediate replayment of overdarft and you can't manage it then this will impact your credit rating as they will default you.

Hmm,some of these are offset mortgage account with up to 50k outstanding. Could they just close the accounts?

yes they could, but i would dealt they would, as this would clearly show how dirty the banks are,

Look at all theses court claims we getting. Thats okay we will carry on ripping people off, and if the try to stop us we just close there accounts.

You would need to read the terms of you contract to be honest and see if there a term in it that allows them to close you account.
