Following a comment by Barty earlier on in this thread, regarding the £100 court fee, I have been advised by the County Court that the £100 is only payable if the claim is OVER £1500 and not UNDER. I paid the £100 following a thread some time ago on the site and I have been told by the Court that I will get it back as it should not have been paid?

Is this the AQ fee? If your claim is under £1500, you don't pay anything, over £1500 and it's £100. Just checked back, I've typed it in wrong way, sorry:confused:

Think I have made a problem. When I filed my claim with MCOL online, I did not realise that I had to send a copy of my charges to Northampton Court. I am just about to finalise my Allocation Questionaire and hand it to the court. Will the fact that I did send a copy of charges to the court hamper my case. I've got this far I just hope I have not messed things up

Hi

Have you received a copy of LTSB's defence? Is it the standard 9 point one? If so, you have nothing to worry about. Maybe to be on the safe side, take a copy of your schedule with your AQ, and also send a copy to SC&M.

Don't worry at all, this should cause no problems.

Hello,

Can I just check something.

I am about to send back my AQ to the court. Do i need to put anything in with it? I am under £1500 so will not include any fee.

Also, if and when do I send in court bundle?

If and when do i send anything to Lloyds Solicitors?

Cheers!

You may want to send the new draft requesting disclosure (if you not already included it )see the notes in completing AQ in the library folder.

You will be notified about sending further info into Court or exchanging documents that will be relied on by all parties at the hearing.

In the meantime if Lloyds defence require further info then the Court will order you to supply it.

WOW What a result.

I was in the middle of finalising my spreadsheet to hand in with my allocation questionaire, I had to go onto my online banking to check something and low and behold

£1555.58p (my claim in FULL)

has today been paid into my bank account.

From start to finish this taken 9 weeks

Sent the first two letters filed with MCOL, LLoyds offered a defence on 14th February. Received AQ two days later, and then today, before my AQ had even been sent to my local court LLoyds TSB have paid up in full

Thankyou to everyone at the CAG without your help I don't think I would have had the courage to go through with my claim.

To everyone who is stil in the process of claiming, stick with it, you will get there eventually and good luck to you all.
