I phoned Hsbc on Friday12th May, requesting 6yrs worth of charges debiting my account.

Today I have recieved the file at no cost!! most of my charges are for going over my agreed overdraft limit, £27.50 each time!

Not had time to tot them up yet, can I request for a refund even though I have Defaulted on my account?? And does this include the debit interest also?

You SOOOOO need to do some reading around. Read the FAQs, read the forum material. All those questions and more have been answered.

Hi,

As bookworm has said please read the FAQ's section before beginning, as you will have a lot to read and take on board first. If you then have any questions which you need answering, please feel free to post again after this.

We are here to help, but ultimately, its your claim and your responsibility!

Good Luck,

Louise x
