hi again sorry Glenn i've just been looking at the LBA and at the top it says that i am disappointed that they haven't replied. But they did reply is there another letter with a different start or do you know how i should start it. I'm not very good at wording things and i really don't want to mess this up

where it says 'haven't replied' insert eh word positively.

job done assuming the rest fits.

If you need to alter the letter substantively then make an attempt post it up and someone will no doubt be bale to assist you.
