hello all, this is my first post :)

yesterday i sent off the first letter requesting statements etc

i shall keep posting here to keep a record of my progress

i have a question - how many of you had Abbey close your account and at what stage? i have a £1200 overdraft that i'm often in (but not over) and if they close the account or remove my overdraft that would be a pain (to say the least! lol). However, tomorrow i am going to open a parachute account just to be on the safe side

thanks :)

i would doubt abbey will colse an A/C

A+L were fined not too long ago for retalitory action by closing an A/C

dont woeey

dx100uk:rolleyes:

please don't hit Quote...just type we know what we said earlier..

DCA's view debtors as suckers, marks and mugs

NO DCA has ANY legal powers whatsoever on ANY debt no matter what it's Type

and they

are NOT and can NEVER  be BAILIFFS. even if a debt has been to court..

If everyone stopped blindly paying DCA's Tomorrow, their industry would collapse overnight...

They have 40 days to comply with the SAR should they not you need to send the mom compliance letter.
