DPICK, CONGRATULATIONS !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I had nothing in todays post. Hope I hear something by Monday. Knowing my luck though I will end up in court. Just wondering did they send you a cheque or say that a cheque will be with you soon?

Just checked my account online and nothing. Didn't realise that we can get PPI as well. Is it the same procedure as Barclaycard will owe me a fortune.

Hi you can reclaim PPI if it was mis-sold for me I believe I have them on two counts

I had two pre existing medical conditions

and the company I worked for had very good company illness scheme 6 months full pay 6 months 1/2 pay

I am going to claim on grounds that they never brought the pre existing medical condition clause to my notice (as they are required to) and I would not need PPI due to my company health care scheme. I was advised when I applied for the card that I would have a greater possibility of getting the card with PPI. When I Had to eventually retire due to my health I applied for PPI to be paid and was told sorry due to your pre existing medical condition we are unable to pay you, Canceled it at that time when I had been paying PPI for five years and this was the first time I had tried to claim. So I am after PPI charges and interest paid on PPI plus I will claim interest on those amounts. I hope to get back about £1900, will have to check balance I know it's between £0 and £400 was £1600 to 1700 before claiming charges back. So this time should get some cash in my hot sticky hands.

Well done dpick :p :p :p

Tell me, what interest, if any, were you paid? And at what rate?

Hi I claimed daily compound interest at 24.9% (my card rate) though I had to start court process before they paid.

Hey dpick.

A very well done!

I've just read your thread as I am claiming against Cr*p One too. I am going for CI at 34.9%, default and CCJ removal!

I've since re-checked my spreadsheet and realised that the formulas were slightly incorrect so I am missing about £750 in interest. I don't think this matters too much as it's the schedule that I send to Court that matters. Anyone can please feel free to correct me if this is not the case.

Are you going to start a separate thread with regards your claim for PPI? If so, I will follow with interest as I noticed that I was being charged for this too and it was of no use to me as my work at the time was casual.

Look forward to your new thread/post.

Best wishes.

You seem to have been paid out pretty quick.Well done you. I filed my n1 on 21st june had an acknowledgement but nothing else.hopefully this week might bring something.

Hi they say they did not get served (B*****s) and this was paid as good will (err do they know what that means). if they did not get served why pay???? I think they just left it to late and paid up quick.

I have seen others getting paid 21 days after served.

All the best its just a matter of time now dpick:)
