Hello,

I am currently attempting to negotiate with MBNA to get them to freeze my interest and lower my monthly payments.

Is there any Excel template that I can use to show how much I earn per month, minus my outgoings? Similar to the bank charges excel template.

I also need to know what the terms are for acceptable outgoings? i.e. what do I call food and travel, things like that.

Cheers,

Jase.

I thought that too.

I thought the links are dead, but when I closed the browser window much later I found the documents as icons on my desktop.

Sometimes the docs are downloaded to your desktop without any notification

That's what happened in my case ( I use Apple Mac and Safari and Camino as Browsers)

Just check that for a minute

From experience, MBNA will want massive payments and won't stop the interest! If there's unlawful charges these can be reclaimed. As for acceptable outgoings, my CCCS advisor told me straight off that your outgoings are what you have outgoing and that includes pleasure and socializing. In my experience (depending on your circ's of course) you'ld be better waiting 'til they sell the account to Wescott if things are very bad.

Have you sent them the CCA request? Might be worth a go?

Good luck, Dave.
