Hi just a little advice please,

I have filed my claim with MYCOL and the Halifax have agreed to pay my money back but they are not going to pay the full amount as they say it's over the six years, but this is only down to the delaying sending me statements.

They still owe me £140 and said they would defend this amount in court. 28 days are up today what do I do now?

Do I start a judgement against them or wait?

It may be worth giving them a call and telling them your finger is hovering over the Judgement button on the MCOL site. Explain that they will be required to pay it what ever and you are prepared to go all the way.

At least if they still say no they can listen to the sound of your clicking on the judgement button!!!!
