Dcbl's Final Notice of Debt Recovery letter arrived today. They will now recommend to their client the commencement of legal action, etc., etc. One more letter before a Letter of Claim, perhaps?

Thanks - I think for the sake of a little bit of digging and the time/cost of sending them a letter it is worth a try! I’ve had a fair amount of success with other affordability complaints, although not lodged a secret commission complaint before, hence my queries.
