Hello

I have just picked up on that can claim mortgae charges back and was wandering whether the following situation might be applicable.

In 2003 I changed my mortgage from RBS to Natwest. Because I was on a mortage which was capped and then when transferred to Natwest was on variable rate. When I took out the mortgage their was a large lump sum of money (about £4000) that I would have to pay on top for setlling within the first 6 years of my mortgage.

Can I claim this back?
