Hope you asked for data and not statements. They can charge £5 a sheet, legitimately. I found co-op slow to send data and so have others but they usually settle fairly quickly without the need to go to court. Just relax and do more reading. Sally

hi

On the 15th of may 2007 I transferred the total amount of my account from my cooperative bank account to my 360money account because the cooperative bank sent me a letter saying they was going to close my account

when i did the transfer they said it would take 4 days well thats ok

so on the 5th day i checked and yes you guessed no money had been transferred so I phoned the cooperative bank and after 3 phone calls they admitted that they had sent it to the wrong sort code and it would take four days for them to get it back and then another four days to clear in my account but by yesterday the money had not got back in to cooperatives account so i went mad and said I want to speak to a manager and told him that it was thier fault that this had happened and i wanted the money back in my account this did happen but becuase the account was closing i said could you do a CHAPS transfer to my NatWest account and they said yes but it would cost me £25 so I paid £25 for something that if they had done the first transaction correct I would'nt of had to do

well when the quy read the details back to me he had again got it wrong

i think all this was becuase i had put in a claim for my bank charges
