Thanks ABG its great to see all the support here, Abbey forum seems so much different to the other banks forums, just cant quite put my finger on it.

Form N225 requesting judgement has been filled in, and i will be taking it off to the court in a couple of hours, what i need to know then is what path the process takes and rough timescales, but more importantly.......

WHEN DO I GET MY MONEY lol

Well thats it, i've only gone and done it, thats my judgement request handed into court, clerk says ballpark figure to get judgement is about 10 days, then depends how long Abbey take to pay up, shame they didnt settle a month ago they would have saved themselves a fair few quid.

Not going till this afternoon now forgot about a meeting this morning.

If the Crown is the one on the opposite side of the road to the shop i have been in there a few times, and had brilliant food every time, they do a half decent take away pizza too shame they dont deliver to the camp site mind its only about a mile away lol

I cant wait to see the money in my account now, they will pay it into my account, does it still take 3 days to clear funds.

Cheers Icy. Not great news is it. I read it earlier and thought "nah, someone else would have jumped on it, or confirmed it WAS the case" by now. It needs to be flagged to a mod, I think. Hope you had a good holiday anyhow?

Fantastic holiday thanks, if not a bit scary at one time lol

Not sure if it is genuine yet, i am hoping not or that the clerk got her facts mixed up, it was december last year when i first started this by requesting statements, at this rate looks like i am going to be fighting over a year later.

Hi ICY

Nice to see you back :)

I read that post earlier too, and wondered if it was just the Court staff getting their wotsits in a twist, or a planned statement to try to put people off??

Not pointing fingers at anyone, but it is a bit extreme, and I think if it really was the case, it would have been widely publicised??

Jeez - maybe I am just becoming an eternal optimist :D

Onward and upward, as they say!

Lotsa luv

Jo xx
