Have followed steps and am now at the point of filling out the court form. My claim is for £1040.

Have received all the standard letters from the bank so far (same as others on this forum). Feeling positive about taking my claim to court. I know from reading this site that chances are it won't go to court but have my notes prepared and am ready to fight my corner!

I'll be submitting my court form during to next 48 hours so will keep you all posted with my progress.

LLoyds TSB: took over 2 months

but they gave in

and I got my cash back

all £1040 of it!

Hi there and thanks to all who come to my aid! I've followed all steps and submitted my claim form to my local county court on the 22nd May 2006. I received Notice of acknowledgement of service on 3rd May 2006 stating Lloyds Acknowledged on 1st June and intend to defend all of the claim.

My problem is that I'm now very worried because I didn't include a list of all charges with my claim to the court, just the total amount claimed.

Have I messed up here? If so how can I remedy it?

Thanks so much for all your help and advice in advance

A very worried Taffy well and truly out of her comfort zone :-( xx

Threads merged - Please stick to one thread!

Don't worry you should be able to provide a list of charges at the allocation stage.

Good luck!

HI all well received Lloyds defence, and now the allocation questionnaire from the court with a copy of the banks defence in it too. After reading throught the Allocation Help at the top of the forum my from seems to run a little differently. The name of the form is N150.

Under section D:

WHAT AMOUNT OF THE CLAIM IS IN DISPUTE? (is this the total amount?)

HAVE YOU MADE ANY APPLICATIONS IN THIS CLAIM.. YES / NO E.G SUMMARY JUDGEMENT, ADD ANOTHER PARTY) (I think this is no??

WITNESSES: SO FAR AS YOU KNOW AT THIS STAGE, WHAT WITNESSES OF FACT DO YOU INTEND TO CALL AT THE TRIAL OR FINAL HEARING INCLUDING, IF APPROPRIATE, YOURSELF ~(then there's a space to fill in witness name - do I put mine in here?? and "witness to which facts" .. erm... please help!)

DO I WISH TO USE EXPERT EVIDENCE AT THE TRIAL OR FINAL HEARING?

HAVE I ALREADY COPIED ANY EXPERTS' REPORT(S) TO THE OTHER PARTY?

DO I CONSIDER THE CASE SUITABLE FOR A SINGLE JOINT EXPERT IN ANY FIELD?

PLEASE LIST ANY SINGLE JOINT EXPERTS I PROPOSE TO USE AND ANY OTHER EXPERTS I WISH TO RELY ON.

DO I WANT MY EXPERTS TO GIVE EVIDENCE ORALLY AT THE TRIAL OR HEARING?

SECTION C:.....

HOW LONG DO I ESTIMATE THE TRIAL OR FINAL HEARING WILL TAKE?

__DAYS__HOURS___MINUTES

SECTION F:.......

PROPOSED DIRECTIONS

HAVE I ATTACHED A LIST OF THE DIRECTIONS I THINK APPROPRIATE FOR THE MANAGEMENT OF THE CLAIM?

IF YES, HAVE THEY BEEN AGREED WITH THE OTHER PARTY?

______________________________________________________________________

please help me! am feeling a little (lot) stressed and also a little daft at this point! I so don't want to do anything wrong by ticking the wrong box.

Thanks all
