The only comments I have on your POCs that you PMed me are:

a) Do not be concerned about the date part.

b) I presume you will insert your actual name, as oppose to Wife.

c) On your charge schedule it needs to be clear which charges relate to which account

Send three copies to the court with your schedule of charges and a cheque payable to HMCS for the court fee.

Claim is just nicely under £5K, exc court fee.

I'm all ready to file, but....

The only thing I'm a little nervous about is the interest I've charged on the charges (when I was O.D.)

I had T4ff check my spreadsheet at the time and he said it looked ok - but I don't know, some of the sums don't seem right.

To make me happy - would it matter if I filed my N1 but omitted the interest on the OD that I had claimed in the Prelim / LBA?

I think I'd feel more comfortable...

No offence mate - I just feel comfortable claiming what I understand, if you get my drift?

I'm 100% confident of all the charges I've included, but when it comes to the interest charged on me going OD I just can't work out how it's worked out!!!

No offense taken, it was in jest. I would do exactly the same as you. Only go for what you are confident with.

TBH I can't even remember looking at your SS. Will try and dig it out now and double check it and if I can post up an explanation of how it works in order to reassure you before filing tomorrow ;)
