what i would do is tell them in your lba that you are moving to your new address and what date you will be there from otherwise they will be sending all your letters to your old address

helston cornwall we move there 21st april did not know whether to start court here or wait and start court there lba dead line 15th april thanks for reply mate

its probably best to wait until you've moved a week or so won't make a difference sorry for the delay i've not had my computer for a week

Wait until you move to your new address in cornwall to start court. This will ensure the case will surely be heard in your own local court. It will save you from too much travel if the banks refuse to settle early.

well quick update no reply to lba so going to court next monday,a week later than planed a we are moving house on friday anyhow i will have to apply at court as i think i get court costs paid as i get working familys tax credit, so it truro court in cornwall next monday guys wish me luck xx

Some people have called the following Barclays number to get them to settle before beginning court claim: 0800 282 390.

 

While they have settled the claim for some people, it may not be so for others. No harm in trying.

got a letter this morning off barclays saying that they dont agree with what i said in my lba letter but they have offered me 1095.00 and i have decided to accept it a it only 295 short of what they owe me will make a donation when money goes in bank account thanks again to everyone as ive been a right pain at time asking stupid questions
