Here I am, ready to send my SCHEDULE OF CHARGES with my preliminary and LBA letters - and the spreadsheet (in the bank templates library) to calculate these will not open! (something about the path is invalid, etc) - it is the 'Works' version that i'm trying to open / save.

Please can anyone help???

And also, do i need to calculate interest on the time since the charges were applied, at this stage???

Many thanks for any help that anyone can please give me.

No you can only claim s69 8% once you file a claim at court

Can't help with the s/s, but you could just do a list of:

Type of charge, amount, date and send that as your schedule of charges

and then in the meantime hopefully sort out the s/s problem before you need to file.

Hi brok,

Try out Mindzai's spreadsheet: Download v1.9 - you should find it works. This sheet calculates both statutory and contractual interest - but you can only pursue one or the other.

Good luck. Lucid :)

Mindzai & Lucid vs Lloyds TSB

*Won unconditionally with contractual interest (29.85% compounded)

Lucid's Account - £749.62 * Joint Account - £2019.64 * Mindzai's Account - £595.65

*All settled in full - 6/2/07

*Hearings - 7/2/07

*Prelims sent - 9/8/06
