I've seen lots on reclaiming on personal accounts, a small amount on reclaiming on business accounts (trading as) but seem to have missed things on reclaiming on accounts run by a Limited company. Can anyone advise whethet this is poss and what arguments you can use. Thanks in anticipation:)

This depends on the status of the business..is it still trading etc

I will try and point you in the right direction bear with me.

The company is still trading and we have just moved our business account to another bank prior to taking any action. We have statements going back the last six years so don't need a list from the bank. In the process of adding it all. Thanks for the links:)

I've got exactly the same question as horace3. Account still open but unable to actually trade these last five weeks as buried in charges. Over 1000 GBP for 2006 alone (this excludes normal service charges) . Like horace3 also have statements.
