Guest louis wu

As fidz says, have a look in the barclays forum, there are many examples there.

If you have never asked for the service, and they have charged you, then you can get a full refund of every penny (plus interest I would think)

Good luck

Louis

Hi AD33

When I got my statements from Barclays back to 2001 when I opened the account, I noticed that from 2004 they started charging me a monthly fee which started at £7.00 and went up to £11. I take it this must be the "additions" fee.

I wrote to Barclays asking for an explanation and a full refund plus interest. All I have had back is the std " blah blah, contact you in 8 weeks crap".

I have lodged a complaint with the FOS and will wait for their decision before going to court.

Good luck with yours

Krysta will only be interested when the second claim is near to court.

Of course you can file again.

You should have asked her to sort this out BEFORE you accepted settlement.

Although they are only obliged to pay out whats on your claim form, and if you had done an ammendment then this buys them more time.......but of course gets you more interest !
