I sent my CCA request on the 15/12 to Debt Managers. Today I received a letter back stating that I neede to continue making payments and that they were awaiting my CCA request from their clients Aktiv Kapital.

Now clearly they have defaulted on the monthly deadline and until such time as it is produced it doesn't have to be paid. However are they able to have my details if they have no written agreement in their possession ie from AK, and are they committing a data protection act offence. I have paid them £400 thus far. Shall I attempt to claim this back indicating the above information.

Hiya

By my calculations the twelve working days plus one calandar month isnt up until the 4th Feb (bear in mind there were several bank holidays in December!)

Personally I would continue making payments up until that date.

Hope this helps
