LloydsTSB lose ??????????????

On 11 /11/2006 I put Lloydstsb in court for two amounts on different accounts £4000 and £1500 .

By the 21/12/2006 they had not replyied so I went back to the court

Lloyds by not filing a Defence had LOST BY DEFAULT is signed the form and gave it back to the court

They were to send it to Lloydstsb ordering them to pay

Today 22/1/2007 I went back to the court as I had recieved nothing

They had heard nothing from Lloydstsb either

I asked what to do next and they did not know

Back to the court and apply for a warrant of execution......send in the bailiffs.

I Said That To The Court Person And They Said It Was £55 Each One Which Was Not A Problem But They Said The Bank Would Probably Then Want It Set Aside And Appeal So They Have Now Decide To Copy The Form From A Month Ago And Psot It Again.

If the bailiffs go in, get the media involved as it will give the cause of reclaiming bank penalty charge some very good publicity.

 

Heard a report in last Thursday/Fridays guardian of a man sending bailiffs into his local Royal Bank Of Scotland branch - the manager agreed to pay up once the bailiffs said they were going to take computers from the branch.
