Hi all, just a quick question.

Worked out 8% intrest and it brings my ammount to £595.00. Do I now have to pay the £80.00 court fee?

Also can the Halifax close another account I have with them?

If I am starting Legal today does it have to be done by 5pm? Should I call the bank First?

Thanks
