Hi Guys,

I think I'm coming to the end of the line on this but I want to confirm what happens (usually).

I have a court date set for the 28th Feb and from what I've gathered from all of you guys' help....

Shortly before the court appearence, Barclays will contact me and settle with the full amount to avoid making the court apearence.

Is this the usual or will it go to court?

How many of you have been to court?

Thanks

Chris

That is almost certainly what will happen, so you're nearly there.

The banks have not yet set foot into court.....it is the last thing that they want to do.

Regards, Rooster.

Thanks thats what I needed to hear!

But is it true the NO BANK...NOT ONE has entered the court yet?

I understand that it would probably open the flood gates if it hit the papers but i'm not an expert on this, do they really not have a leg to stand on?

Is there no chance of a legislation to be put in place?

Chris
