Evening all, I have a quickie i hope that I'm sure someone will be able to help me out on.

I have outstanding charges with RBS and have sent my LBA (twice) to which they have not responded on either count.

I am now going to go after them on moneyclaimonline, as RBS's registered offices are in Edinburgh do i need to get them through the scottish system even though i live in england.

If i do go through the english system who do i put down as the people i am suing, the branch, the branch manager, the company (and its edinburgh address), the chief exec personally?

Do RBS have an english registered office does anyone know?

Any advice would be appreciated.

There is a registered address in London for Litigation but I can't find it in posts, however I just put my branch address. As a local outlet for the bank this will also help ensure your case stays in local courts.
