oh my god i think you have done great so far i am with lloyds also and they have until the 10th may to put in there defence after reading your thread i am now scared it all sounds so confusing i was hoping it would be all over soon but if yours is anything to go by then its gonna be ages. but i suppose £4900 is worth the wait.

Or will it be worth phoning SCM to ask if they have sent any docs (even though i know they havnt) in case they decide to pay me now. I reckon they are just going to happily string me along til the 12th. Not bothered like, its a great little saving acccount, at 8%, Ive saved over £60 extra since filing the claim (not to mention the £500 over the past 6 years)...

Dasiey have you tried phoning the court just to make sure they have not handed in their defence late, just to set your mind at rest that they have definitly not handed it in, i have heard of some cases where they have handed in late defences, but hope not in your case, good luck

Thyeve handed in thier defence ages ago and were ordered by our judge to send myself and (s)he thier evidence within 28 days after Id sent mine in, else the defence would be struck out. So Myself and the judge should both have recieved thier evidence last monday (23rd April).

 

I didnt get anything, so I sent the letter that the lovely GaryH advised last Tuesday (24th APril) asking nicely for the judge to strike them down, and ive heard nowt from SCM or the court.

Im just so frustrated by it all - GRRRRR!!!

Oh yeah, and I had a horrible dream last night. I dreamt i got a letter of the courts going "amount refunded by Ltsb will be as follows" with a list of reasons why. One of the reasons was "You couldnt even be bothered to turn up to court. you people are doing these claims and dont know what your doing... Sheesh, get it right. Court costs 1p, refund 1p"

No news - i am just here for another moan.

 

My sis transferred £100 to my online saver on friday. I thought it would clear on saturday but it didnt. Tuesday came and went and it hadnt. Weds it hadnt cleared so i rang the bank and the boy PROMISED me it would have cleared by thurs. Yesterday, still no £100 so i went to the bank and we could see on the screen it was there, but not cleared. She said manyana. Manyana is here, and i still have no money. i rang the bank and the woman said for my sis to put a trace on it.

 

Im not even going to start actually, i dont have the heart any more...!

Hi Daisey, thats not a dream thats a nightmere:sad: Bit confused on what lloyds are meant to supply within 28 days. On my case. Lloyds submited there defence, then we both had to submited AQs then the next stage after getting a hearing date was we both had to submite a court bundle within 14 days of the hearing however lloydes have not summited their bundle so I have sent a letter supplied by Gary to the courts but I think the next thing that will happen is just that we will get a new hearing date and Lloydes will ineffect have more time to submite their bundle, I hope I have not missed something i am a bit worried now? anyway thats where I am upto I have a hearing set for the 23rd May so far, but this may now change it seems very unfair. I am know good at sending a link I don't know how to do it, but if you clink on my name the see all threads started by Pen, my one is Pen-v-Lloyds or put it in search that should bring it up.

I think lloyds are going to go the whole hog with mine, I have read loads of threads recently where they have paid up at the AQ stage these are from people who started their claims well after mine, so although I am happy for them I cannot see why Lloyds have chosen not to do that with my claim, do you think we would have a chance of winning a claim for claim discrimination:D :D

Mines a little different to yours. I sent in my AQ and got a court date (12th june) and on the same letter as the court date, i was ordered to send in all my evidence within 28 days. Then LTSB had to send in thiers within 28 days - surprise surprise they didnt (I should have got it 23rd April). I sent the GaryH letter and heard nothing from anyone.

 

Just waiting til the 12th June now...

 

Im like you, its a little frustrating to see people getting paid out at LBA stage, MCOL stage, AQ stage, after GaryH's letter...

 

I think that SCM have sussed out which cases we are by coming on here, and as punishment are making us wait!!! Face. Bothered? Well, yes, but remember, for each day that passes, we are earning mega interest, thats what keeps me going!!!!

not thought of it in that way, but good point however i would rather have my money now then I know if i won or not but thatsnot going to happen is it so like you I will start to think of it as a high savings account, OK thought about it, still not stopping me from worrying:D :D lets Keep in touch with each other hey so we know whats happening.

Well people, more musings, feel free to offer suggestions or just ignore me like usual.

 

After LTSB result I have been reading with interest what people have to say and in particular rbears intersting sticky post.

 

It seems like it would be a good idea to get copies of the T&Cs that were applied to ones account at the times of the offences and put them in the court bundle.

 

My question, should anyone be nice enough to consider and answer, is what if youve already sent in your bundle and its past the cut off date.

 

Can you send copies in and ask for them to be attached? or is it toooooo late?

I don't think anyone is ignoring you, it's just been really busy the last few days, and I personally spent nearly all day on here yesterday trying to help out, my eyes were killing when I went to bed and I dreamt of bank charges all night:confused:

I would ring the Court and ask them if you can add anything to your bundle.

Mine were weird, I just kept hearing the word "Default" over and over.....

I'm sure yours won't come true!
