This is what is says (in a nutshell)

1 - in 21 days i must supply

a) a schedule (unless already filed and served) and

b) a statement of evidence.

else the claimant gets struck out. Pretty straightforward, i shall crack on with it today...

2 - 21 days thereafter ltsb must supply

a) contractual documents

b) whether a charge is a penalty, if not why not

c) If such a charge is a pre-estimate of the defendents loss - prove it

d) Witness statements

e) copies of decided cases and other legal matters

else the defence gets struck out (i'll be interested to see what papers they send even though we all know they wont)
