please help!!!!!!!! i have been searching this site for two days for the first letter i need to send to halifax to claim back my charges, please dont advise me to read faqs as i have already done this.

You can also type in the money programe in your tool bar and click on edited, thats where i downloaded my letter found it really helpful. and from there on this site has been a god send. :)

if you hav,nt already got your statments then you can ring the bank instead of sending them a letter, thats what i did found it much quicker and they only charged me £5.

I had inaccurate information on mine,saying that i had applied in the past for loans. This info also went down as a search on my credit file. Good job i checked. Get a full S.A.R. it may cost £10, some people get it for free.
