Important information about credit reporting When you opt to set up a discounted repayment plan, if our client already reports your account to a credit reference agency then they will continue to report your balance and payment each month. On receipt of your final payment, our client will then mark your agreement as closed with the status "settlement".   Yours sincerely, BW Legal

Read up on the AQ, check the Court Bundles and make sure you have copies of all your correspondence, just sit tight and see what Barclays do. Highly unlikely you will ever have to set foot in a court room. Just watch you letter box.

I don't know about Barclays but A & L do, why not open a parachute account in the event off. In my case A & L replied and said they were going to defend and four days later I got a cheque from them for the claim. Hang in their, they are hoping you will fold.
