It is generally recommended that you use their registered address. I haven't used MCOL but I have feeling that it has a default setting for LTSB's address.

REGISTERED ADDRESS: -

LLOYDS TSB BANK PLC

25 GRESHAM STREET

LONDON

EC2V 7HN

Having said that I think LTSB, at any address, will by now recognise a County Court Summons!:D

I think that the Birmingham address is the most likely.

There are so many address about for Lloyds TSB that it is difficult to which to use.

But as Elsinore said most of the branches will know what the forms look like and should pass them on to the correct destination.

Hi there shaileytuff

Our original complaint letter was sent to Birmingham who then passed it to the Andover Recovery Centre which is where I then sent our LBA.

As soon as I began court proceedings we were contacted by Lloyds Solicitors, Martineau Johnson, who we've dealt with ever since so I would say send your LBA to Andover f.a.o. Debbie Gilbert.

I've not dealt with MCOL as we are exempt from court fees due to our situation (we receive working families tax credit) and MCOL won't deal with claims that are fee exempt, so I filed our claim manually at our local county court.

I'm sure someone else will advise you about MCOL.

Good luck with your claim ;)
