I am helping my daughter to try and recover charges etc from BOS.

We wrote to BOS on 24 November cliaming charges and interest totalling £1595. We received a response on 29 November saying our complaint had been passed to Customer Relations. Have now received another letter from a "Redress Assessor, Core Business, Customer Relations" saying they were investigating and would respond by 24 January 2007. Both letters referred to their complints leaflet.

Should we wait until then or proceed with the next letter?

Advice appreciated.
