Cheque cleared for £1528 ( £1408 charges + £120 court costs ) from A&L, accepted offer rather than pursue for interest. Have now received a defence from Lloyds TSB and questionaire to complete before the 21/01/07. Is this Lloyds just delaying the inevitable or have they ever appeared in court? Have requested another list of charges they have continued to add onto my overdraft, do they not realise I would not have pursued them if they hadn't tried to charge me £175 ( 5 charges ) for 1 computer generated letter? They deserve all that is coming to them!

Hi Steven and well done on your win with A&L.

Re TSB it seems theya re following others and using the Allocation Questionaires are a form of delaying. Dont worry fill it in and conrtinue with your case, at least you know you will get your interest!

Update any thread you have in A&L and dont forget to complete questionaire re charges being refunded.

Take care and well done again
